Meet Annette
I have been an Aesthetician for 3 years. When I was a young girl I was tortured by my body hair and I would wish it away. I got into this industry to make people feel better about themselves. I love using the sugar technique to remove body hair, performing body wraps, and facials. Body wraps and facials are just as relaxing to me as they are to the customers. It makes me very happy to relax someone or just to help someone improve on the things that bother them about themselves. Using organic products is my shtick and I believe that the right kind of aromatherapy can enhance the effects you are trying to produce.

Whole Body Studio gave me my start. When Jennie interviewed me it was like love at first sight. I love the encouragement Jennie and the staff at Whole Body provide. The clients are a remarkable bunch who fill the place with laughter and joy. I couldn’t be happier to be in such a nurturing environment which in turn encourages me to treat my customers like goddesses.
I like to enjoy my free time as much as possible. I love to thrift store shop, swim, take my dogs on adventures, meet up with my girlfriends for good food and drinks, drink coffee at my favorite coffee shop, tattoo myself as often as possible, garden, grow things from seeds, and go camping with my boyfriend of six years. You can find me reading in my hammock almost every morning, and I love to increase my wardrobe and accessory collection. I enjoy decorating my 1950′s era cottage, refinishing old furniture and frames and I am an avid record collector. My favorite places to hang out in Austin are The Liberty Bar, Shangri La’s, Bijou Studio, Chateau Chavez, The Great Outdoors, Town Lake, Justine’s, Sephora, The Flea Market, Thrift Stores, Rio Rita’s, Barton Springs, Museums, South Congress, and Emma Long Park.
