Reservations

We are a “by appointment only” spa. Please make your reservation for any massages or day spa services.

Book your appointment on-line

You can reserve your appointment any time of the day with our convenient on-line booking.
On-line bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may be able to see available appointment slots on our online calendar, but this does not mean those times are still available. Please call (512) 472-1148 for availability.

Cancellations

We do not charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline are charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows are charged in full.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. If our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion. Please be on time, early is even better.

Gratuity

Tipping for exceptional service is always appreciated and can be handled at checkout. Most tips range from 15 to 20% of the treatment price.

Special Conditions

Please let us know in advance of any special conditions we need to be aware of such as pregnancy, heart conditions, etc. This will allow us to recommend treatments that accommodate your needs.

Out of courtesy to our service providers and other clients we ask that you turn off your cell phone while at Whole Body Studio. It’s good for you, too. Relax with us.

Points to help make your visit run as smoothly as possible

  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time.
  • To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all our visitors, please do not bring children under the age of 14 to your spa visit.

She has studied a wide range of skin conditions, skin treatments and methods for maintaining real, natural beauty. ...
